Event Details: Installation of Officers for Lodge 25 and Lodge 220

Good Morning, Brothers!!!!

The Installation of Officers for Lodge 25 and Lodge 220 will take place on Wednesday, June 25. That's next week.
The evening will start with dinner at 6:15 p.m. There is no cost for you and your guests.
Then we'll go up to the Lodge Room for the Installation Ceremonies.
Both incoming Worshipful Masters have asked that I get this put together. YOU need to know what will happen.
Because the Installation Ceremony will be "open" or the public is welcome, you may bring your family. The only detail I need to know is how many you will bring for the dinner so that we can have enough food for everyone.
We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie for the ceremonies. If you have any questions about this, please call me (605-430-2725) or reply to this email.

If you will be bringing one or more members of your family to the Installation Ceremony, you may have him, her, them "put on your collar" during the ceremony. I will explain that process to all of the guests on Wednesday night before we start and/or you may call or email any questions before the event.

So, here is the schedule:
Starting today through Monday, June 23 - Call or email with questions and reservations for dinner...please.
AND ...
...tell me if you will be present for Installation...please

6:15 - Begin Serving the Buffet Dinner - Dining Room
7:00 - Begin the Installation Ceremony - Lodge Room
